Well this evening I embark on a new type of adventure I guess you could say, starting a blog. This is something I have been thinking about for awhile now but just not been sure about doing it. The more I thought about it the more I realized I would never know if it was right or not if I never took that first step.So here we are.
Let me first say that I am no professional blogger and will never claim to be. What I am is a person who has really started to feel like I am called to minister to people but had no real avenues to do it on a regular basis. I have had opportunity in the past to speak on a couple of occasions at a few places, but most places if you don't have a license to preach or aren't ordained they wont give you the time of day, so I new I was limited in what I couldd do for now.That's where this blog come sin at. My wife and I had pretty much the same idea at the same time, which was for me to start a blog. I wasn't sure how to go about it but thanks to Google, its pretty easy to get started. Now I can put out there what I feel in my heart and hope it helps and ministers to others like I am pretty sure its supposed to. If this blog helps one person in their walk with Christ,or helps one person find Christ then every thing done up to this point is worth it. Jesus said to in Mar 16:15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. This is my way of trying to fulfill that commandment at the moment. I hope that it touches people the way that just trying to get to this point has touched me.
To my wife I say Thank you Baby, I love you and your support means the world to me and I know the last 11 years we have been together has prepared us for many good things to come. To my Children I love you and hope that someday every wish you have comes true in Christ.To anyone reading this, We shall embark on this journey together. I will try to make this a regular occurrence, at least once a week unless the spirit leads to more postings. God bless you and I look forward to seeing you soon.

ReplyDeleteI can't wait to read more....I also can't wait to hear about your new journey y'all are taking on Sunday!!!! Keep an open mind!!! I know what hearing the full Gospel has done for me and my family and I pray that it can do the same for you guys!!!! I know You grew up in a Word of Faith church but going from a Baptist church into Word of Faith can be a shocker. I just feel that I want all the people that I love to experience ALL of what God has to offer....Not just salvation....There is so much more than that!!! Thank God for our Salvation though, right. I know that y'all will be blessed threw God's healing. I know that I know that I know....that God is still a healer today....just as he was in the Bible times. I hate to hear that Angie is in pain because I know that God can and already has healed her of that pain. He did it 2000 years ago on the cross. The Bible says that "and with His stripes we are healed" Isaiah 53:5. I could go on and on with scriptures. I am standing behind y'all in faith!!!! I love you guys!!!!!
